Client Service Manager

As a Client Service Manager, I enjoy getting to know the people I work with and being someone they can rely on. I love creating a positive experience for our clients and making sure they feel supported, valued, and well cared for. Whether I’m helping with day-to-day needs, answering questions, or working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly, I enjoy knowing that what I do helps make someone’s experience a little easier.

I am originally from Columbia, Missouri, and graduated from Ouachita Baptist University with a degree in Finance, where I also competed as a collegiate swimmer for all four years. On a personal note, I married my husband in June 2026 and have an identical twin sister, making family a big part of my life. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, friends, and my dog. My faith is also central to who I am and continues to shape my values, relationships, and the way I approach each day
