Client Service Manager
About The Position
As Client Service Manager, you’ll hold one of the most pivotal roles in our firm. After onboarding, you become the first point of contact for client needs—creating a client experience that is personal, organized, thoughtful, and truly remarkable.

Technology & Growth Expectations
- Comfortable with CRM systems, Microsoft Office (primarily Excel), and open to learning new platforms.

Preferred Experience
- Exceptional client service track record.
- Attention to detail and organizational strength.
- Background in financial services is preferred (Group 1 credentials are a plus but not required).
